| Thanks for our CW QSO amid the cut and thrust of TRC contest! I do find contests useful to see how my 15W into the Doublet will get through the typical contest QRM (surprisingly well!) but it's especially nice to hear how my signal actually comes through as RST reports can't always convey the reality of the listener's experience - especially on a busy band with the possiblity of QSB to contend with as well! It's very interesting to hear just how readable your own CW is over the air and to assess your own 'fist' (especially as a straight keyer!) from the other end. Many thanks for this recording and good luck on the bands. 73 de Chris |
